The keyboard is very nice. But,I was very disappointed when I plugged it in and it did not work on ac power, only with the batteries. For me to ship this back might end up costing me more than the board itself. So I am stuck with it. This really hurts. Other than that, it play’s well and has alot of useful functions. would love to know what can you do for me amazon. I
ve already gone through 4sets of batteries.

This is a REALLY good value for the price (I paid $128). The headphones took a while to figure out how to use, but the quality of the rest of the set more than makes up for that. I didn’t realize when I bought this, but it’s a teaching keyboard and has a number of songs programed into it that it will break down and teach you to play. You can also hook it up directly to your computer or radio and download songs onto it that way. Not to mention the volume control.
So. Amazing.

The Casio was super, I found the stand a bit hard to understand how to put it together and of course tieing Casio to the stand was a challenge. But the Casio itself was a good buy.

The keyboard itself is wonderful, but the advertised a/c adapter was not included in the box, and there are no additional shipments scheduled. I have no idea how to contact Amazon about this issue, and there don’t seem to be any help topics about what to do when Amazon screws you out of part of the order! The ONLY reason I purchased this keyboard was because of the value and all the included items. I would NOT have placed the order if I had known that I would have to spend another $20 for an a/c adapter (batteries only last 4 hours for each set of 6 AA’s).
UPDATE: I emailed Customer Service, and they told me that they do not stock replacement parts. They did issue a $20 refund to my card, but now I’m stuck trying to figure out which a/c adapter to buy (I’m not good at these things, which is why I wanted to buy a set that included the adapter).
