I know this post is like really late but at the end of the day whether this was a an actual service or simply a sound check God doesn’t give a rip what clothes Terrance is wearing. God wants to know where Terrance has chosen to spend eternity. Maybe you should ask Terrance that instead of focusing in on that straw he is chewing. Man looks at the outer appearance and God looks at the heart. Get a grip and focus on the bigger issue.

I should have guessed that some newly saved person, or super saved person would be offended. There is no disrespect intended In this video. We had been on a tour bus for 2 days and I was fast asleep when someone woke me up to do a last min sound check. I didn’t have time to go put on my freshly creased slacks, but don’t worry, next time ill make sure to sleep in my Easter suit so I may please you, and you can tell God to let me in to heaven..

yes God care about the physical altar but after the good work of Christ Gos looks at the altars of our heart. what do we exalt in secret? is it his Word or the world. i could tip toe on the altar for years on end but if my heart isn’t in it then i’d be missing the whole point of the Cross…. heart condition is what got the Jews in the mix!
truth! if any old raggedy person were to step into the church they would feel totally out of place and probably regect the gospel cos the people in it are so ficused on looking the part rather than living the Word. i mean, who knows if someone was walking past and saw him with his straw in place and rag on his head and thought “wow, if my man can be up in the Lord like this, i might have a chance.” then this somebody will be introduced to the Christ that looks at the heart above all.
