@xgabyx108 I’ve played guitar for 7 years and still can’t barre chords because of how small my hands are…
These chords hurt so much to learn!
@CAMERONlouw at first, it gets better once you build up callouses
hey man thank you so much i could never figure a bar chord before this thanks a lot mate
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
CHECK OUT 0:53 !!
HE FARTS!
Holy SHIT!
This just made my guitar-playing life so much easier! You have no idea how much of a difference the ‘rolled back finger’ makes. Just now i did a goddamn D barre chord, it sounded perfectly clean and i was like “…wut”.
Beautiful Russian girls gettop5.info
Not even my tutor was this good. THANK YOU Jus. tp
not as hard as everyone has made it out to seem. i’ve been playing the guitar for about 5 days now and i can play f barre. not too bad. great video.
@CAMERONlouw Only before you have new strength and callouses.
My fingers are too fat and stubby to do a barre chords. I have man hands, not long witchy like fingers!
is it suppose to hurt?
@Kynirasho relax. if your fingers are bending, try relaxing your fingers. you are probably squeezing the fret board to hard. people tend to try to have a “death grip” on the fret board, you dont need to squeeze it that hard. at all.
I can play my F chord!! woooo!
@Kynirasho Hey !
Okay, like a lot of people, what I have for you is encouragements. I used to feel like that, and eventually, I just started playing them.
Stuff that helped was working on the bar and the shapes separately.
I try to just bar my index finger across the fret board and get it to sound right.
I then start moving it around the neck:
Another thing that helped a great deal was learning powerchords.
There is no secret really, just keep putting them out their, It’ll work !!
Good luck (;
Tough, but I want to learn and nobody said it would be easy. Great tip about using the side of you 1st finger and the flat part of it.
I’m struggling with it myself, but perhaps seeing some improvement. Part of the solution is definitely that you need a lot of practice because you simply need to work up a lot of strength in particular muscles in your hand or you can’t do it, no matter if you have the perfect technique.
The H-string is killing me…
haha i love his comment about the metric system and americans lol
I really cannot do these damn chords! my barring finger is too bony!!!! Good lesson though
6:42 lol wtf is that?
i wish I had 9 fingers per hand
I still cant bar chords.. so frustrating when the chords cant come out clear.. =( need more practice.
there is always one string i cant put much pressure at and it makes the wrong noise, other than that its good. but these barre chords are frustrating. How long did it take to get the hang of it?
OMG You’re British. AWESOME. Thanks!!!
@Kynirasho all i can say is keep at it, i felt exactly the same way at the beginning but now i find them easy
