Scale Patterns On The Guitar Fretboard Are Moveable For Lead Playing
Guitar software and any learning method that you can use to help you with this will take you further in your quest of real guitar playing. Guitar soloing and improvising with moveable scale patterns is all about a level of comfort and ease with which you have as a guitar player in lead playing over your guitar neck. Learning the major piano scale is the basis for any one wanting to learn music theory and how to properly play the Piano.
It is the most basic scale which all other scales derive from.
The most common major piano scale is C major. It consists of the classic key assortment of C,D,E,F,G,A,B. It is very easy to find on the Piano board because you only press the white notes.
Find the C note on the Piano and then you just have to play the next one and the next one.
The c major Piano scale is used in many of the pop music songs played everywhere these days. It has a nice happy feel to it , and is very is easy for writing catchy tunes.
There is a basic form for all major piano scales. It is the musical distance between every tome that leads you to understand what scale you are using.
The major piano scale tones are as followed:
C to D – 1 tone
D to E – 1 tone
E to F – Half a Tone
F to G – 1 tone
G to A – 1 tone
A to B – half a tone
B to C – 1 tone
So you can see the basic major piano scale has 2 whole tones, then half a tone, then two more and one more half.
If you follow this logic, you can construct any major scale you want to. It is a good thing to start working on writing scales on a piece of paper and then practicing on the Piano.
Once you understand the basics behind the major piano scale,You can construct any scale on any instrument when ever you want.
There is of course much more to music theory than what I just wrote, and it will take some time to really understand how to use tones and scales naturally.
